Write it when you are calm
A useful habit is boring: decide the relevant window in advance. A quarter. A year. A cycle. Put the words somewhere you will see them when the tape is noisy.
Noise is not the same as information
Price moves are information about clearing levels. Narratives are optional. Daily notes force a pause: what changed in cash flows, what changed in the cost of money, and what is only a louder story.

One short note most days — markets, process, or firm. The cadence is the product. Claims stay impersonal and informational.
