Terms of Use.

The rules for using this site and its published research, and the limits of what that research is.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and everything published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by Nemati Capital LLC. We are not currently registered as an investment adviser. Nothing here is an offer to provide investment advisory services, and nothing here is a solicitation of clients.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We are not your adviser, your broker-dealer or your fiduciary. Free-tier research is published for general circulation to whoever visits, and it is tailored to no one. A Pro report is private to the account that ran it, but choosing its ticker, its cutoff date or its depth is you setting the parameters of a machine, not us advising you: no report, free or Pro, takes any account of your holdings, your objectives or your circumstances, and none ever will. Any decision you make is yours alone, and you bear its consequences.
Free and Pro
The site runs on two tiers. Free research is published: it needs no account, anyone may read it, the analysis is our standard one, and every reader sees the same report for the same ticker — it cannot be configured, and no per-reader version of it exists. Pro runs are bought with credit packs rather than a subscription. A Pro report is private to the account that generated it unless you choose to share it, and you may set the analysis cutoff date, choose advanced models and ask for deeper analysis. Neither tier changes what a research run is, or any limit these terms place on it.
What a research run is
A run is a sequence of automated roles that read market data, argue the case both ways and record a verdict. It is machine-generated, and you should read it as such:
- a verdict is a model's reading of the data available to it at the time, not a statement of fact
- the model can be wrong, can miss context, and can misread a source
- market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and a run may end without a verdict
- a run is published as of its date and is not revised as events move against it
- the analysis is written by large language models, whose output can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong in a confident voice
- an unsupported input — an ETF, an index, a crypto pair, a currency pair, a commodity — may still return a report, but one drawn from what the model was trained on rather than from validated market data, and it should be read with more caution than anything else here
Asking for a ticker
On the free tier you may ask for a ticker to be analysed. That request is a vote for what we run next, not an instruction: we decide what runs and when, and a free request may never produce a run at all. Request allowances exist to keep the queue usable, and we may change them. A Pro run is different. Spending a credit is an instruction, and we will either run the analysis you configured or return the credit. What you are instructing is a report, never a particular verdict, and a run that completes is delivered whatever it concludes.
Credits
One credit buys one report on one ticker. A request naming several tickers spends one credit for each and returns a separate report for each: we do not merge tickers into a single cross-ticker analysis, and no number of credits buys one. The cost of a request is shown before you submit it, so nothing is spent without you seeing the number first. Credits are not money — they carry no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or moved to another account, and are redeemable only for research on this site.
Payments
Credit packs are sold through Stripe, which handles the card transaction from end to end. We never collect, store or transmit your card number, and no part of it reaches our servers; what comes back to us is transaction metadata — the amount, the pack, the time, whether it succeeded, and a transaction identifier — and nothing that could be used to charge a card. Prices and the contents of a pack may change. A change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect, never to credits you already hold.
Refunds
Credit purchases are not refundable, and a spent credit is not returned because a report disappointed you or its verdict went against your position. We do return the credit when a run fails on our side: a platform error, a failure to retrieve the data the run needs, or a run that ends without producing a final verdict. Cancelling a run after you have submitted it does not return the credit — the work has already begun. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a refund right we cannot exclude, that right stands whatever this section says.
Automatic top-up
Automatic top-up is optional. It is off unless you switch it on, and it becomes available only after you have bought at least one pack yourself. With it on, a request that would cost more credits than you hold buys the pack you selected, through Stripe, so that the request can run. You may change the pack or switch the whole thing off at any time, and the change takes effect from the next purchase onwards. A pack bought this way is a purchase like any other, and the payment and refund terms apply to it unchanged.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to open an account. Keep your password and your multi-factor device safe — you are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us at once if you think someone else has reached it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site.
Sharing a report
A Pro report stays private to your account until you create a share link for it. Whoever holds that link sees the whole report — the verdict, the agent outputs, the sources and the parameters you set — so share one only with people you would show all of it to. A link carries nothing personal about you: not your name, not your email address, not your balance, not anything else from your account. You may revoke a link at any time and it stops working, but revoking cannot recall what has already left: copies, screenshots, forwarded text and browser or search caches made while the link was live are beyond our reach.
Acceptable use
While using this site, you agree not to:
- scrape it, mass-download it, or work around any rate limit
- try to reach accounts, data or systems that are not yours
- present anything from this site as advice from a licensed professional
- republish our research as your own work, or use it to train a model
Investor portal
Portal access is offered to existing clients. Documents there are provided for your convenience; where they differ from the statements issued by your custodian or broker, those statements govern. Connecting a brokerage account is optional and read-only, and you may disconnect it at any time.
Intellectual property
The site, its published research, its text, design and software are ours. You may read any public page, quote it briefly with attribution, and link to it; you may not republish a free-tier run in full, sell it, or present it as anything other than ours. The reports generated for your account on the Pro tier are yours — keep them, export them, quote them, share them as you see fit. What stays ours is everything that produced them: the platform, the prompts, the agent workflow and the software. A credit buys a report and licenses none of that.
What you post
Comments remain yours, and you grant us the licence we need to display them on the site. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive or off-topic, and close the account behind it.
Third-party material
Market data, charts and broker connections reach this site from third parties, on their terms, and remain subject to them. We do not warrant that anything they supply is accurate, current or available, and a page may be incomplete when they are not.
Ending your account
You may close your account whenever you wish, and we may suspend or close one that is used to abuse the site or these terms. Closing an account ends access to it and to the reports held in it, and any credits still unused are forfeited — they are not converted to money and not moved anywhere else. Where the law requires us to refund them, we refund them. The parts of these terms that outlive the account — intellectual property, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the governing law — continue to apply after it closes.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for trading losses, lost profit, lost data or interrupted business, however they arise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will move the effective date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change is how you accept it. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. Withdrawing or suspending part of the site does not extinguish credits you have already bought: they remain redeemable, and where they can no longer be spent we refund them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state of WI, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
