About credits
- A credit is spent when you submit a request: one credit per ticker, per report.
- Credits have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account or to another person.
- Credits are non-refundable, except where a report fails for a reason on our side — in that case the credit is returned to your account.
- Unused credits are forfeited if the account is deleted.
- Prices are shown in USD.
